Winter (Off-season: Columbus Day-Memorial Day): Reservations cancelled less than 48-hours in advance will be subject to a one night penalty plus tax. No shows will be subject to the same penalty.
Summer/Fall (Peak-season: Memorial Day-Columbus Day): Reservations cancelled less than 72-hours in advance will be subject to a one night penalty plus tax. Reservations made during the weekend (Fri & Sat) will be subject to charges for all nights that are not re-rented. No shows will be subject to the same penalty.
Holiday/Event (Weekends that have a 2 or 3 night minimum): Reservations cancelled less than 7 calendar days in advance will be subject to a one night penalty plus tax. If the room is not re-rented during the remainder of the minimum night stay, the balance of the reservation will be charged. No shows will be subject to the same penalty.
Hotel check-in time is 2 pm (EST) and check-out is 11 am (EST). Please call ahead if you need to make special arrangements.
Late check-out policy: Guests will be charged a $25 fee for checking-out from 11 am (EST) to 2 pm (EST). If guests do not check-out by 2 pm (EST) a full nights lodging charge will be applied, including all taxes, fees and extras service charges.
Early departure policy: Early departures will be charged through the departure date listed on their registration form at check-in. Please make sure you contact the hotel (within the specified cancellation policy period) prior to your arrival date to modify your reservation. Please note that a change in the length or dates of your reservation may result in a rate change.
Guarantee policy: All reservations require credit card guarantee.
We reserve the right to cancel or modify reservations where it appears that a customer has engaged in fraudulent or inappropriate activity or under other circumstances where it appears that the reservations contain or resulted from a mistake or error.
Totals listed here are estimated based on current taxes and exchange rates (if applicable) and do not include additional fees/charges that may be incurred during your stay.
No smoking policy: The Nootka Lodge is a non-smoking facility and should you permit smoking in your room a $100 cleaning charge will be assessed to your bill.
Pet policy: Pets will only be permitted in pet friendly rooms (please see amenities for specifications). A $15 pet fee will be billed daily. Pets ARE NOT permitted in hypo-allergenic rooms. Should you permit pets in any of our hypo-allergenic rooms a $100 cleaning charge will be assessed to your bill.
Family policy: Children 17-years-old and under stay free with accompanied adult.
Age requirements: Guests must be 18 years of age to book a hotel room and provide proper identification upon check-in. Guests under 18 must be accompanied by a parent or guardian.
Taxes: 9% per night not included in quoted rate (2015 NH ROOMS AND MEALS TAX).
Parking: Open air parking is available free of charge.
Phone & Internet: Free wi-fi and long distance calls in the US and Canada are available in all rooms. The Nootka Lodge does not allow Internet use for inappropriate, illegal or fraudulent activities. We do not take responsibility for the use of such activities.

The hotel room rate is subject to change without notice. Unless otherwise specified, hotel room rates on our website are quoted in US dollars. The room rates are 1 to 4 adults, with a $10 up-charge per adult (this charge does not apply to family suites). Do not allow more adult guests in your room than you selected upon reserving. Please call our front desk to modify the number of guests.
Club Service Fee: An optional $2.00 per night Club Service Fee is for access to Always Fit Athletic Club, This fee is only applied to the final bill if you elect for the use of this service.
Notice to guests: The Nootka Lodge is privately owned and the management reserves the right to refuse services to anyone and will not be responsible for accidents or injury to guests or for loss of money, jewelry or valuables of any kind.
A valid credit card must be presented at time of arrival.
